M3901
Entry TelephoneThe M3901 is an economical digital phone solution. This single-line entry-level phone is perfect for use in places such as lobbies or reception areas, cafeterias, hallways, and other areas where telephone use is occasional.
It supports up to five programmable features, particularly optimized for Auto Dial. A convenient feature card identifies features and Auto Dial-numbers.
M3902
Basic TelephoneDesigned for light telephone use in areas such as manufacturing, warehouses, and other business environments, the M3902 brings the display-based interface and handsfree capability to this basic, single-line phone. Enhancements such as self-labeling keys, "Smart" Mute, and a host of user-selectable options make this a powerful single-line solution.
The M3902 also increases its capabilities by supporting a
cartridge accessory that conveniently snaps into the back of the phone.
The M3903 is the ideal choice for office professionals and technical specialists. It supports up to four lines and/or features through the two self-labeling keys at the top of the display. It provides access to additional features through the interactive soft keys below the display.
The M3903 delivers the new productivity-enhancing Call Log feature, which displays a list of the last 10 incoming callers as well as the last five outgoing calls made from your phone. For added customization, you can choose to list all incoming calls or just the unanswered calls, and you can instantly redial any call on the lists with a simple keystroke.
Fixed feature keys also allow you to switch easily from
handset or handsfree to headset use, personalize the phone using the Options
list, and quickly access your voice messaging system.
The M3904 Professional phone is the ideal choice for busy executives, managers, and administrators — anyone who needs maximum flexibility in a multiline phone. It provides enhancements in several areas including offering the largest display in its class, Personal Directory with Call Log, and a variety of user selectable options.
The M3904 also supports a PC Utility cartridge that allows you to create a directory of up to 100 names, and then download it to the phone.

The M3905 Call Center phone is designed to satisfy the specialized needs and enhance the productivity of the most demanding call center agents and supervisors.
The M3905 includes a direct-connect headset for agents, as well as a supervisor port. This headset port works in conjunction with the Supervisor Observe button that allows them to listen in on an active call, or listen and talk.
